HOMELESS PREVENTION
BETHEL CARES EMERGENCY SHELTER
Bethel Cares Emergency Overnight Services Program serves unhoused individuals and families by providing a safe, warm and supportive place to sleep three days a week. We provide direct services to clients and coordinates programs and activities. Bethel Cares provides sleeping accommodations, meals, showers, laundry services, case management, advocacy, job assistance, homeless prevention, and housing assistance to homeless persons regardless of race, gender, or age.
When funding is available, we also provide hotel vouchers for emergency shelters for families with children under 18.
We accept walk-in participants onsite for immediate services as well as referrals from:
- Local Police Departments
- Coordinated Entry
- Local Hospitals
All bedding and sleeping arrangements are cleaned and sanitized daily.
